Shipping policy

 

1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Processing Delays: Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to high demand.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Estimates:

3. Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • International Royal Mail
  • Domestic Evri, Royal Mail 

4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.
  • Tracking Updates: Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to addresses within UK
  • International Shipping: We offer worldwide international shipping 

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International Orders: Your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes (including VAT) imposed by your country of destination. These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
  • Customs Delays: International orders may experience customs delays. Flava Studio is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

7. Shipping Address

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at flavastudio7@gmail.com.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, we will contact you for further instructions. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at flavastudio7@gmail.com with photos of the damaged package and item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at flavastudio7@gmail.com so we can investigate and assist in locating your package.
